Michael Pagliaroli

Founder, Owner and Managing Director // BA (Hons), DipArch, ARB, RIBA

Michael is a Chartered Architect with formal accreditation from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and registration with the Architects Registration Board, UK (ARB).

He has over 25 years experience of managing projects having built an excellent reputation through client relationships, problem solving, knowledge base and a strong network with local suppliers, contractors and technical experts.

Michael has successfully grown the business and gained wider recognition for his efforts for the company to be nominated as a 2016 Finalist for West Berkshire Business Awards (WBBA Small Business Category). Michael has a well-established and experienced team to call upon for managing client projects.

Selin Boztepe

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Selin has been a part of the MP Architects since September 2025. Initially working as a freelance designer alongside her university studies, she joined the team full-and is working towards a Masters Degree. Working and training alongside Michael, Selin is adding to her knowledge in the design, planning and construction profession in order to qualify as a Chartered Architect.

Selin has gained much experience planning in the West Berkshire area. She has a passion for problem solving, and enjoys the challenge of delivering high-quality designs whilst navigating potential planning constraints and maximising value for money. Photo pending

Josh Duggan

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Josh Graduated from The University of Reading in July 2024 and has been working for MP Architects since the September 2024. During this time, he has shown an excitement to learn and develop by getting stuck in with various aspects including surveys, designs, planning and building regulations.

With a strong interest in architectural technology, Josh is passionate about enhancing our clients day-to-day lives through sensitive spatial design. He is particularly enjoying working in the residential sector, which has allowed him to interact more closely with clients to better understand their needs.
