Michael Pagliaroli

Founder, Owner and Managing Director // BA (Hons), DipArch, ARB, RIBA

Michael is a Chartered Architect with formal accreditation from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and registration with the Architects Registration Board, UK (ARB).

He has over 25 years experience of managing projects having built an excellent reputation through client relationships, problem solving, knowledge base and a strong network with local suppliers, contractors and technical experts.

Michael has successfully grown the business and gained wider recognition for his efforts for the company to be nominated as a 2016 Finalist for West Berkshire Business Awards (WBBA Small Business Category). Michael has a well-established and experienced team to call upon for managing client projects.

Selin Boztepe

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Selin has been a part of the MP Architects since September 2025. Initially working as a freelance designer alongside her university studies, she joined the team full- time and is working towards a Masters Degree. Working and training alongside Michael, Selin is adding to her knowledge in the design, planning and construction profession in order to qualify as a Chartered Architect.

Selin has gained much experience planning in the West Berkshire area. She has a passion for problem solving, and enjoys the challenge of delivering high-quality designs whilst navigating potential planning constraints and maximising value for money. 

Josh Duggan

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Josh graduated from The University of Reading in July 2024 and completed a year of experience with the team beginning the following September. After taking a year out to travel, he decided to return to Reading to begin his Masters of Architecture course.

Josh's key interest in residential retrofit and improving living standards within the home fuel his work day-to-day. Despite re-joining part-time, familiarity with us has allowed him to hit the ground running and get back stuck into an exciting new frontier of projects.

Leonard Duhon

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Leonard graduated from the University of Reading in 2025 with a degree in Architecture and joined MP Architects in August 2026. He is currently working towards his Master's degree in Architecture, while gaining practical experience across residential design, planning and construction.

His interest in architecture began at a young age through building with LEGO, although much of his childhood was spent pursuing his ambition of becoming a professional ice hockey player.

Leonard has a particular interest in adaptive reuse, sustainability and the growing role of AI in architecture. He is especially interested in how people interact with buildings and how good design can improve their everyday experience of a space.
