We are a well-established Chartered Architect service based in Newbury, Berkshire. We offer dedicated and bespoke architectural services and principal designer services for developers, commercial clients and home-improvers covering the whole of Berkshire, Hampshire, South Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Thames Valley. Meet The Team

Michael Pagliaroli

Founder, Owner and Managing Director // BA (Hons), DipArch, ARB, RIBA

Michael is a Chartered Architect with formal accreditation from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and registration with the Architects Registration Board, UK (ARB).

He has over 25 years experience of managing projects having built an excellent reputation through client relationships, problem solving, knowledge base and a strong network with local suppliers, contractors and technical experts.

Michael has successfully grown the business and gained wider recognition for his efforts for the company to be nominated as a 2016 Finalist for West Berkshire Business Awards (WBBA Small Business Category). Michael has a well-established and experienced team to call upon for managing client projects.

Selin Boztepe

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Selin has been a part of the MP Architects since September 2025. Initially working as a freelance designer alongside her university studies, she joined the team full- time and is working towards a Masters Degree. Working and training alongside Michael, Selin is adding to her knowledge in the design, planning and construction profession in order to qualify as a Chartered Architect.

Selin has gained much experience planning in the West Berkshire area. She has a passion for problem solving, and enjoys the challenge of delivering high-quality designs whilst navigating potential planning constraints and maximising value for money.

Anna Jeffery

Architectural Assistant // BSc (Hons)

Anna graduated from The University of Brighton in July 2025 and has been working for MP Architects since March 2026. During this time, she has shown an excitement to learn and develop by getting stuck in with various aspects including surveys, designs, and planning.

With a strong interest in design, Anna is committed to improving clients' everyday lives through thoughtful and well-considered spatial design. She is particularly enjoying working in the residential sector, which has allowed her to interact more closely with clients to better understand their needs.
