We appointed Michael to plan a 2-storey kitchen / dining / bedroom extension on our property. We had a fairly clear plan of what we wanted but Michael had definitely suggested things within that which we would not have previously thought about. Really pleased with plans produced. All planning permissions etc have gone through really smoothly and we have had no involvement. Michael has been great in taking it at our pace (which has changed at times). He has been really flexible with how we progress throughout the rest of the project and we have total trust that he will support us in whatever way we require.
